The Team
The Exiles Ladies were officially launched in March 2000. The team has grown into a strong and competitive side, placing among the top teams in Denmark.
Last season, the Ladies finished with silver in the Danish league, and many of our members also represent their countries at international level, bringing experience from a wide range of rugby backgrounds to the team.
Today, the team is made up of members from 15+ countries, with players from all over the world training and playing alongside each other. We welcome everyone, whether you're an experienced player or trying rugby for the very first time. Our squad includes players of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels.
You must be at least 16 years old to play in competitive matches.
Training
We train Tuesdays and Thursdays from 18:00–20:00 at the DTU pitch near Henrik Dams Allé.
Training times can occasionally change, so contact ladies@exiles.dk or follow us on Instagram for the latest training schedule and updates.
Games
The Exiles Ladies play in the Women's Sevens Series, which is an multiple round tournament, that runs from April - November (with a break during summer). Outside of the official tournament, we also play a couple of friendly / social tournaments throughout the year.
